When Ruari McCulloch started Pinstripes and Peonies in 2010, he held this core belief at the heart of the business. It has stayed with the Company as they have grown into one of the most successful events, wedding and party florists working in the industry today. 

His award winning studio is based in New Covent Garden Flower Market. He chose to be based at the market as he has the best flowers and experts in the UK at his fingertips – access to the freshest flowers in an inspirational environment.

Pinstripes and Peonies is a celebrity and royal florist, with exceptional clients such as the V&A and Kensington Palace. His core business is predominantly in the UK, but he also has clients in France and Sweden.

He is a passionate supporter of British flowers, from farm-to-vase.

British blooms from the Flower Market’s wholesalers, The Real Flower Company and a farm close to his heart, Galloway Flowers, adorn his arrangements. He has even turned British flowers into art, working with the celebrated painter Bridget Riley at the National Gallery, translating her paintings into floral displays.
